Things You Need to Know
We founded Imani Soap Company with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. For online orders, I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Business checks are accepted for wholesale orders.
For in-person orders, I accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Coupon codes and special discounts are not valid on custom orders including soap favors and large quantity purchases that already reflect bulk pricing.
Please allow 2-4 days for processing, before shipping, unless otherwise noted.
I ship via USPS, within 2-4 business days of purchase (custom items and favors may be shipped UPS Ground and will have a longer processing and shipping time).
If you are in need of rush delivery, please contact me for options.
If I find a cheaper shipping option, you will be refunded the difference.
CUSTOM/ WHOLESALE ORDERS
Custom orders are welcome!
I require half payment up front and the rest before shipping. If the second half is not received within 30 days of you being notified that it is ready it will become part of my inventory and listed on the website.NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
Special requests for a new type of soap with different oils that I use may be accommodated.
Minimum purchase will apply for wholesale orders.
Turnaround time approx. 4-6 weeks for soaps and 1-4 weeks for everything else depending on order size.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are for any reason not satisfied, please contact me right away so I can have the opportunity to resolve the problem for you.
Due to the nature of the products returns are not accepted but if there is an issue with your product reach out to me as soon as possible.I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org If the product arrives damaged take pictures immediately and send them to me and I will resolve the problem quickly.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
